The laboratory model testing of the strength on the Senonian marls and "opokas" points out that only once and many times repeated drying and water saturation their air-dry samples decrease their strength up to 0. The laboratory model testing results point out, that the drying and many times water saturating marls and opokas in the many times repeated subterranean water level oscillations zone and above in the capillary ascent zone compliance gradually the strength fatigue and at last are disintegrated till the silty fraction, what is acknowledge in profiles of weathering.
