Polimery nowej generacji na przegrody filtrów samochodowych
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
Coraz większe wymagania stawiane nowoczesnym samochodom powoduje także rosnące wymagania stawiane materiałom filtracyjnym stosowanym do oczyszczania powietrza, paliwa i oleju silnikowego. Charakteryzują się one wysoką odpornością termiczną (220°C) i dlatego autorzy zamierzają je zastosować do otrzymania materiału filtracyjnego do oczyszczania oleju silnikowego. W ostatnich latach występuje także duże zainteresowanie polimerami biodegradowalnymi. W artykule zaprezentowano polimery biodegradowalne na bazie kwasu mlekowego. Zdaniem autorów rokują one duże nadzieje na wykorzystanie do ww. Zastosowań. Technika pneumotermiczna daje możliwość zastosowania przetwórstwa różnego typu polimerów i pozwala otrzymać materiały o szerokim zakresie parametrów filtracyjnych i strukturalnych nadających do różnych zastosowań. W oparciu o literaturę i własne doświadczenia autorzy wytypowali w pierwszej kolejności polimery: polipropylen firmy Orlen S.A. i Borealis oraz polimery firmy Ticona: Celanex 2008 i Fortron O203HS. Artykuł ilustruje wkład filtru oleju z przegrodą celulozową po przebiegu 11250 km oraz schemat urządzenia do wytwarzania włóknin pneumotermicznych.
The bigger and bigger requirements for the modern cars cause also ascending requirements for filter medium used for cleaning engines air, fuel and oil. This paper presents a new generation of polymers which can be used for creating an unwoven fabrics in the melt blown technology. The most interesting are polymers: phenylene polysulfide and tetrabuthylene polyester produced by Ticona Comp. They characterize a high temperature resistance (220°C) and therefore authors are going to use them for creating filter medium for cleaning engines oil. In the last years there is a big interest in the biodegradable polymers. In the paper polymers mode on the basis of lactic acid are presented. In authors opinion they saw to be hopeful for these applications. The technique blown nonwoven gives the possibility of the use of the processing of the different type of polymers and allows receive materials broad-gagged of parameters of filter and structural conferring for different uses. Basing on the literature and own experiences authors chose in the first instance polymers: the polypropylene of the Orlen S.A. and Borealis firms and polymers of the Ticona: Celanex 2008 and Fortron O203HS firms. The paper illustrates the oil filter element with cellulose filter medium often 11250 km and scheme of device producing blown nonwoven webs.
