Abstrakty
In this paper, the study on electrochemical polymerization of pyrrole with an electron transfer mediator in the electrocatalytic processes is described. Code position of ferricyanide and polypyrrole, increases conductivity of the doped polymer. The best method for the electropolymerization was cyclic voltammetry, which al lows in situ estimation of quality and thickness of the formed layers. The oxidation/reduction peaks for the mediator and pyrrole are strongly dependent on chloride ions presence in the monomer solution. The proposed redox system, Ppy/Fe(CN)6 3-, is efficient and can be used as a platform for advanced biochemical reactions in biosensors research.
