In this work a new approach in the range of diagnostics and control of disk brake is described.The pictures in the computer obtained from the digital camera are analysed. The analysis of pictures in aspect of geometric dimensions of the brake is presented. This analysis enables the estimation of wear of the lining and disks of the brake.
