The main idea of this article was to present electrical work model for the SAW filter based on the equivalent network model of the IDT. This model allows defining all parameters the SAW filter in analytical form. Theoretical model was verified in experiment. In conclusion , the correction theory was presented, which gives a possibility to use this model in sensor systems.
