Abstrakty
One of the important class of solid-state materials is ferroelectric ceramic such as PLZT ceramics. Various coposiotions enable a wide range of applications. The ferroelectric ceramics of PLZT x/80/20 (x=15,16) were prepared with mixed oxides method. the dielectric properties were measured for several frequencies from 100Hz to 20kHz. They were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. It is shown that this ceramics are ferroelectrics in room temerature and their peculiarities depend on admixture lanthanum. Moreover grain sized powders were measured and SEM images of the fracture surface of PLZT ceramics were made.
