Abstrakty
The analysis of the redox reactions in the CdTe-H2O-Na2S systems by means of chemical thermodynamics has been carried out. The equations of E = f(pH) have been derived for the thermodynamically possible reactions and they were used in the computing and plotting of the Pourbaix-diagram. The behavior of the CdTe single crystals in the Na2S-NaOH-H2O solutions has been studied and the sulfidizing conditions of the semiconductor surface were found.
