In the paper a cylinder pressure analysis of the turbocharged engine operating at a broad range of loads and rotational speeds has been presented. A smoothing method of the measured indicator diagram for cycle calculations to keep the characteristic inflexion point after combustion beginning has been shown. Basing on the cumulative net heat release a thermal efficiency analysis for both high- and low-pressure parts of the cycle have been carried out. A method to estimate mean temperature of the combustion chamber surface for heat transfer calculations has been proposed. Also, impact of engine speed on the cycle efficiency was discussed.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę sprawności turbodoładowanego silnika o Z.S. w zakresie wysoko- i niskociśnieniowej części obiegu dla różnych prędkości obrotowych i obciążeń. Podano sposób wyznaczania średniej temperatury ścianek dla obliczeń wymiany ciepła. Przedstawiono możliwości podniesienia sprawności silnika turbodoładowanego, szczególnie w zakresie części niskociśnieniowej tzn. podczas wymiany ładunku.
