W artykule zostaly opisane wyniki kolejnych faz prac prowadzonych przez Europejskie Zrzeszenie dla Interoperacyjności Kolei (Association Europeene pour l 'Interoperabilite Ferroviaire) w Brukseli przy technicznej specyfikacji interoperacyjności kolei konwencjonalnych (CR TSI). Szczególną uwagę poświęcono końcowemu projektowi specyfikacji dla wagonów towarowych. Przedstawiono wybrane informacje z glównego dokumentu TSI oraz z załączników do niego. Omówiono zagadnienia istotne dla wagonów towarowych, takie jak charakterystyka podsystemu ,, wagony towarowe " w systemie kolei konwencjonalnych, skladniki interoperacyjności oraz skomentowano informacje z kilku istotniejszych dla polskiego kolejnictwa załączników do TSI. Opisano i skomentowano także tzw. zagadnienia otwarte, wymagające zharmonizowania z TSI dla innych podsystemów kolei konwencjonalnych. Przedstawiono także wymagania dla rejestru taboru i infrastruktury.

The results of successive phases of works madę by the European Asso-ciation for Railway Interoperability (Association Europeene pour I'Interoperabilite Ferroviaire) in Brussels with the technical specification of interoperability of conventional railways (CR TSI) are described. The special attention is given to the final project of specification for freight wagons. The selected pieces of information from the main TSI document and from its annexes arę presented. The essential problems for the freight wagons such as the characteristic of subsystem „freight wagons" in the conventional railway system, components of interoperability are discussed and some informations from a few annexes to TSI, more essential for the Polish railway, are commented. The so-called open problems reąuiring harmonisation with TSI for the other subsystems of conventional railways are also described and commented. The reąuirements for rolling stock and infrastructure registers arę also presented. The author is an expert in the scope of rolling stock delegated by PKP to works in the team appointed in AEIFtoelaborateTSI.
