The paper describes an analytical model and simulation results of semi-active vehicle suspension with magnetorheological (MR) dampers. 2DOF (vertical and longitudinal pitch motions) simplifled vehicle suspension model has been considered. Two independent spring-MR damper sets provide vibroisolation of the vehicle. The mathematical model of the analysed system and its implementation in Matlab/Simulink has been described. Simulation results for multiple system parameters and various kinematic excitations have been shown. The possibility of comfort improvement for the vehicle equipped with this sort of suspension has been proved.
