Abstrakty

EN

The National Fund of Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFOŚiGW) will launch in the nearest future the program which will support build of new, high and very high energy efficient buildings both the family houses as well as apartment buildings. There will be allowed two energy standards with use of 15 and 40 kWh/(m2a) of usable energy for heating purposes only. The support will consist of donation with the value depending on energy standard achieved, paid after building will fully built and will be administratively approved for practical use based on rules of Polish building law. The building and construction process will have to pass pass all control procedures confirming that can fulfil the requirements regarding minimum energy efficiency standards and that the environmental effect will be achieved. The article presents this program in details as well as providing some practical information which may help potential beneficiaries to use it effectively.
