EN

European Union is preparing a resolution which will introduce nearly zero-energy buildings. The unfortunate truth is that Poland belongs to the group of the outsiders, which do not possess any quality control of the certificates and/or auditors, neither does it have any actual obligation to provide certificates for existing buildings appearing on the market.
