Omówiono technologię montażu przekrycia trybun stadionu wybudowanego w Gdańsku na Mistrzostwa Europy w Piłce Nożnej EURO 2012. Stadion ma charakterystyczną sylwetkę, kształtem i barwą elewacji przypominającą oszlifowaną bryłę bursztynu. Konstrukcja stalowa przekrycia, przy quasi-eliptycznym kształcie trybun o średnicy maksymalnej 220,0 m i minimalnej 187,0 m, ma wysokość 38,0 m i wysięg wspornika dachowego 48,0 m. Waży ona 7150 t. Zmontowano ją w ciągu 226 dni.

The technology of stand roofing assembling for the stadium built in Gdańsk for European Football Championship – EURO 2012 was discussed. The stadium has the characteristic silhouette, its shape and colors of the fasade resembling a cut of block of amber. The steel structure of the roofing over the stand of quasi eliptical form, with the maximum diameter of 220,0 m and minimum diameter of 187,0 m, is 38,0 m high, the roof cantilever girders having a reach of 48,0 m. The roofing structure weights 7150,0 ton. It was assembled in 226 days.
