PL

Omawiany odcinek autostrady A1 jest częściowo położony w obszarze deformacji górniczych, zarówno ciągłych, jak i nieciągłych, związanych z dawną płytką eksploatacją. W podłożu występują warstwy gruntów antropogennych, uskoki górnicze i płytko położone podłoże skaliste. W tych trudnych warunkach zaprojektowano i zbudowano niestandardowe obiekty mostowe. Przedstawiono wybrane obiekty mostowe i niektóre problemy związane z ich projektowaniem oraz budową.

The described section of A1 Motorway is now in the final stage of construction. The design conditions are diversified. A part of the section is situated in the area of mining exploitation influence causing continuous deformation of terrain and discontinuous one, due to historical shallow exploitation. Layers of anthropogenic soils, mining faults and rocks situated near the surface were additional handicaps. All that created favourable conditions for designing non-standard bridge structures. Selected bridge structures were described and the problems of the design and the construction were mentioned.
