Opisano istotę nowej metody ochrony prętów zbrojenia, opatentowanej w 1986 r. w USA. Podano wyniki prowadzonych w wielu krajach laboratoryjnych i polowych badań skuteczności tej metody, a także przykłady jej zastosowania w praktyce.
EN
The number of American and European highway viaducts and bridges, where developed in 1986 in the USA. Rebar protection method MCI is applied, has been rapidly growing since 1992. Independent field validations and lab testing confirmed its outstanding advantages and effectiveness. Basic principles of MCI and most important test results are presented basing on literature available.
