Omówiono przyczyny powstawania naprężeń własnych w powłokach natryskiwanych cieplnie. Zbadano właściwości powłok otrzymanych z proszków NiCrBSi oraz określono w nich za pomocą dyfraktometru D-8 Advance poziom naprężeń własnych. Badania mikrostruktury otrzymanych powłok pokazały, że miały one zróżnicowaną mikrostrukturę, a wykonana analiza dyfraktometryczna wykazała ich różny skład fazowy w zależności od zastosowanej metody natryskiwania. Nałożone naddźwiękowo powłoki miały mniejsze naprężenie własne niż powłoki natryskiwane plazmowo, a w wyniku obróbki wykańczającej (szlifowanie) poziom naprężeń własnych w natryskiwanych powłokach uległ obniżeniu.

Reasons of formation of residual stresses in thermal sprayed coatings are discussed. Properties of coatings obtained from NiCrBSi powders were investigated and a level of their residual stresses was determined by means of a D-8 Advance diffractometer. Tests of microstructure of obtained coatings showed that they had diversified microstructure, and a diffractometric analysis demonstrated their different phase composition depending on a method of spraying used. Coatings coated with the supersonic method featured with lower residual stresses than those coated with the plasma method, and as a result of finishing (grinding) the level of residual stresses in coatings coated decreased.
