Abstrakty
The paper presents the tests results of three randomly selected pretensioned prestressed concrete roof slabs. Bearing slabs were of the following modular dimensions: length equal to 12.0 m and width— 1.50 m. Each of slabs was prestressed with 12 ribbed steel bars of eliptical cross-section. Geometrical details of tested slabs are presented. Experimentally determined bars cross-section diameter was from 50.5. mm to 53.1 mm, depending on tested slab. Mean value of bars rupture strength was from 1518 to 1552.4 MPa and modulus of elasticity - from 199550 to 210000 MPa. Slabs concrete compressive strength determined on cylinders with diameter equal to 50 mm was within the range: 43.7 - 47.7 MPa. Tests included carrying out the trial loading according to the assumed testing programme. Slabs were momentarily loaded with the load value equal to foreseen functional load and the behaviour of slabs was determined under overnormative load value in time. Experimental load values were about 40% greater than functional load. Strain measurements were made on longitudinal ribs in the central part of slab. Graphs present the results of changes in concrete strains in compressive and tensile zone. The measurements of deflection with taking into account the support settlement were also carried out in the central part. Tests results showed the usability of slabs to be built-into new designed structure even after few years of storage.
