Abstrakty
Preservation historical form of theatre building was the condition for its reconstruction. But there was made take reconstruction of the interior. The historical building was divided into 20. separated units with projects of reconstruction. Impossibility to do necessary technical exploration before re-construction has asked for division the building to individual technological units. Very pretentious chosen approach has asked for high level of a management activity and perfect technological job engineering. There was necessary to respect very strict requirements for protection of the environment during each stage of reconstruction. Situation of the site in centre zone of the city with eliminated traffic has asked for special measures. The basic condition was to preserve original interior decorative elements. Therefore was necessary to manage their remove and deposit. The elements which was not suitable to remove were covered by fire resistant means, to protect it against mechanical damage and dust. Peculiarity all technologies for reconstruction works was restriction for using of mechanisms. The most expressive it was manifested by demolition and ground works. The main processes of vertical and horizontal transport of material were made handle or by belt conveyer. After the basement of the building had been recovered, it has been founded absence of protection against soil moisture. The technology GFTK has been chosen for protection against water. That technology inters in press injecting of emulsion through injection jets with back-flow valve to prepared holes in basement. Beside solution of technological problems it was necessary to solve also ecological conditions of building processes. There was accepted primary and secondary measures were aimed to minimise influences to the environment by choice suitable technologies. The secondary measures are represented by usage of modern technologies and technical solutions. The goal is permanent improvement of the environment also after end of construction processes.
