PL

Wprowadzenie deklaracji środowiskowych wyrobów budowlanych wynika z potrzeby działania na rzecz zrównoważonego rozwoju w budownictwie. Obecnie istnieją regulacje prawne Komisji Europejskiej wprowadzające konieczność określania odpowiednich deklaracji środowiskowych materiałów, wyrobów i elementów budowlanych. Na podstawie dostępnych informacji oraz obowiązujących i aktualnie przygotowywanych norm przedstawiono podstawowe zasady przygotowania i ustanawiania deklaracji środowiskowych wyrobów budowlanych. Omówiono także obszernie zagadnienia związane z ustalaniem deklaracji środowiskowych, w szczególności ważniejsze procedury określone przez obowiązujące regulacje i normy.

Implementation of the type III environmental building product declarations results from the need to act for sustainable development in building. There is a number of European Commission regulations which indicate the necessity to elaborate the environmental declarations of building materials, parts and elements with the aim to evaluate the environmental declaration of buildings. On the bases of accessible information and actual standards fundamental requirements and principles of the establishment of the declarations have been presented in the paper. In particular problems of the elaboration of building product declarations are described as well as more important procedures determined in obligatory regulations and standards.
