PL

Dokonano weryfikacji metod obliczeniowych. W analizie zastosowano program ABAQUS (metoda elementów skończonych) i program wykorzystujący metodę pasm skończonych. Wykazano, że w przypadku konstrukcji z kształtowników giętych stosowanie modelu belkowego w sensie teorii Własowa może prowadzić do dużych błędów.

Stability of columns and beams made of cofd-formed steel single and double SIGMA sections is discussed in the paper. Using the linear stability analysis the range of application of Vlasov beam theory and multimodal buckling phenomena are studied. Next, influence of initial imperfections on the post critical equilibrium path is discussed basing on results of nonlinear stability analysis. Numerical examples illustrate the considerations.
