Abstrakty

The paper presents the exploitation problems of architectural monument which has been located in the north-east of Poland. The brick building has been erected in the end of XIX-th century and was covered rafter framing with atypical wooden construction. Building elements have been considerable exploited for over one hundred years. The following users removed the springer elements of wooden rafter framing, what caused the exceed the deflection limit state, loss of stability of cover in oblong direction and grider deformation from vertical plane. The estimation of wood technical condition from construction and mycotic point of view has been carried out. The way of the construction protection, the necessity of emploing by users of monumental buildings the regulations date 7 July 1994 "Building legislation" and some prescriptions concerning the exploitation problems have been presented.
