W pracy przedstawiono problemy związane z kalibracją charakterystyk termometrycznych w metodzie Rubina pomiaru rezystancji termicznej tranzystora Darlingtona moc. W szczególności przedyskutowano wpływ doboru wartości prądu pomiarowego (prądu kalibracji) na liniowość i jednoznaczność tych charakterystyk, oszacowano błąd wyznaczenia rezystancji termicznej tranzystora Darlingtona oraz przedyskutowano zależność tego błędu od punktu pracy badanego tranzystora. Rozważania teoretyczne zilustrowano wynikami pomiarów tranzystora BU323A.

In the paper problems touched a calibration of the thermometric characteristics in the Rubin method of the thermal resistance measurements of the power Darlington transistor, is presented. In particular, influence of the measurement current value (the calibration current) on the linearity and univocally of these characteristics is discussed. The analysis of accuracy of the Rubin's method is also performed. Theoretical considerations are supported by the results of BU323A transistor measurements.
