The expert activity is highly professional activity for explication of the important facts.In its organizing and controlling the advisory authorities are appointed to perform determined tasks. The committee of experts of the presiding judge of the regional court solve particular issues from the practical activity of experts. The main task is monitoring quality of the expert activity. They give their standpoints towards the proposals of appointing experts. They verify the special skills of applicats for expert activities. They control improving qualifications of the experts and cooperate at their atestations. They perform monitoring of the expert activities. They cooperate with the regional court at the task of increasing the quality of the expert activity.
