In the urban space management a number of ethial aspects are to the be taken into account. An attempt has been made in the present paper to discuss this issue. It usually happens that ethics is violated when making decisions as regards siting, alterations in use, spatial management. At the same time, certain problems have been raised, which included: economy, spatial order, and respect for urban space. Urban space is something given to us and constitutes a value in itself. Therefore, we are not allowed to disrespect urban space, neither to spoil or disfigure it. This a moral duty of man.
