The Honkong Bank was created as an effect of constant experiments in all ranges and scales. The distinctive features of this building simultaneously describe the whole high-tech movement (style) in architecture and these include: Affirmation of technology and application of recent inventions in aircraft, car and electronic industry. Metamorphosis of prefabrication methods, refining the production process of building elements, perfecting site organization and transportation. Testing parts of building equipent on models which are used as essential desin tool. Close co-operation between specialists and experts from different disciplines. Achieving spectacular appearance of building and its details. Connecting elements of historical tradition with progressive approach and modern technological achievements. Applying pro ecological and energy saving solutions in architecture.
