The statistical regularities on the primary and secondary dwelling market in Wrocław are considered. The authors have analysed 987 transactions on the primary market and 544 transactions on the secondary market concluded in the first 10 month 1997 year. The influence of the time, the sizeof the flat and the distance from the city centre on the flats` price have been investigated. The results will be helpful by determining the flat values and their assessment.
