Opracowano wirtualny przyrząd "Napięcia dynamiczne", oparty na modułach programu LabView 8.2 i zastosowano do rejestracji przebiegu napięć dynamicznych nici szwalnej. Stwierdzono zróżnicowany charakter przebiegu napięć dynamicznych testowanych podciągaczy. Przeprowadzone badania eksperymentalne wykazały przydatność zbudowanego stanowiska pomiarowego do oceny przebiegu napięć dynamicznych powstających w nici oraz oceny procesu formowania ściegu. Pozwoliły również zaobserwować znaczny spadek szczytowej wartości siły zaciągania ściegu dla podciągacza tarczowego w porównaniu do podciągacza profilowanego (oryginalny w maszynie stanowiącej obiekt badań), co wpłynęło na poprawę warunków tworzenia ściegu czółenkowego.

The worked out virtual instrument "Dynamic tensions" is based on modules of the program LabView 8.2 for recording the waveforms of needle thread dynamic tensions. Estimation of dynamic tensions within the thread was preceded by construction of a take-up disc and choice of a sewing machine containing the discussed mechanism. It was found that the dynamic tensions for the constructed take-up disc have diversified character in relation to the profiled take-up mechanism (original in the machine). The tests of dynamic tensions were conducted for the needle thread during sewing on a modern test-bench enabling reading, recording and analysis. The measuring system allows identification of the thread dynamic tensions generated by the take-up disc mechanism. The experimental investigations carried out showed considerable decrease in the highest strength value of stitch tightening for the take-up disc mechanism, which influenced the improvement of conditions of the lockstitch creation in a sewing machine.
