W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań nad optymalizacją algorytmu maskowania błędów bitowych, występujących w procesie transmisji obrazu stałego, transformowanego powszechnie używaną transformatą kosinusową. Opisano skrótowo ideę działania algorytmu, jego parametry i sposób prowadzenia optymalizacji oraz przedstawiono wyniki badań symulacyjnych.

The paper present results of research on optimization of error concealment algorithm for still images. The algorithm is described, parameters are discussed, research method and results are described and discussed.
