W artykule opisano wybrane oprogramowanie narzędziowe firmy Simens dla IED i systemu automatyzacji stacji elektroenergetycznych wykorzystujących standard IEC 61850 w zakresie konfigurowania obsługi i kontroli pracy urządzeń.

The paper briefly presents some engineering tools for the IED’s and the substation automation system configuration as per IEC61850 standard, like: a system configurator, a browser or an online monitoring tool. Some features of the tools are intended to help the non-deeply experienced users to identify and solve the problems.
