The study is concerned with a networked control system (NCS) for vibration control in a two degree of freedom (2DOF) pitch-plane model of a magnetorheological (MR) suspension. Pitch-plane model of MR suspension is described. The structure of the NCS utilizing a serial bus standard CAN and 16-bit industrial microcontroller of the M16C6N family are characterized. results of NCS experimental testing conducted in the pitch-plane model of MR suspension are provided.
