Works by Teodor M. Talowski (1857-1910), a graduate of the Viennese Technische Hochschule and the Lvov Polytechnic, initially active in Cracow and from 1901 a professor of the Civil Engineering Department at the Lvov Polytechnic, are especially noteworthy among the accomplishments of Polish architects from the turn of the nineteenth century. Talowski as well as a description of the historical material and its characteristic features. (...)
