Abstrakty
Modern state, problems and trends are discussed for mini Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (mini-UAV) with reference to development of advanced mini-UAV relating to various missions. Some major concepts are considered for these UAV especially in view of their mission goals, motion and mission control schemes, typical structural features for mini-UAV together with corresponding ground service and control tools. Advantages and disadvantages are analyzed for several mini-UAV motion and mission control schemes. Some data are listed about financing for a number of programs associated with UAV research and development. Features are derived and discussed for a new class of UAV namely micro-UAV.
