W artykule przedstawiono analizę zależności między orientacją rynkową, urządzaniem wiedzą a wzrostem i rozwojem małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw (MSP). Vnówiono dwa główne podejścia do orientacji rynkowej, kulturowe i behawioralne, przedstawiono narzędzie badawcze do pomiaru orientacji rynkowej oraz wskazano na specyfiki orientacji rynkowej i zarządzania wiedzą w MSP.

The paper presents relationships between market orientation (MO), knowIedge management (KM) and growth and development of smali and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Two main perspectives on market orientation, cultural and behavioral, were discussed. Moreover, the MARKOR scale of market orientation and specific character of MO and KM in SMEs were presented.
