Water jet numerical simulation in the air environment

EN

Behavior of circular jet discharged from the nozzle is subject of mathematical simulation. Water air interface is monitored to observe state of jet coherence. Surface tracking method selection is also discussed (VOF Volume of Fluid Model). Impact of the jet on a fiat wali is computed. FLUENT 6 solver was used for the simulation.
