Autorzy przedstawili wyniki badań przeprowadzonych na terenie wnętrza śródblokowego w obrębie zespołu mieszkaniowego na osiedlu Polanka we Wrocławiu. Badania prowadzono metodą obserwacji zachowań użytkowników. Analiza wyników badań doprowadziła do rozpoznania użytkowania badanych przestrzeni z uwzględnieniem: (1) rozkładu liczebności użytkowników w przestrzeni, (2) struktury wiekowej użytkowników, (3) form aktywności. Wnioski i dyskusja zawierają diagnozę wad fizycznej i społecznej przestrzeni badanego terenu z odniesieniem do ich konsekwencji odnoszących się do obserwowanych zachowań mieszkańców.

The authors present the results of the study conducted in an inter-block space within a residential complex of the Polanka housing development in Wrocław. The study was carried out with the use of users' behaviour observation method. An analysis of the study results has lead to the indentification of the examined space use with respect to: (1) space user number distribution, (2) user age structure, (3) forms of activity. The discussion and conclusions include a diagnosis of examined area physical and social space disadvantages with reference to their effects on the observed behavours of the residents.
