PL

W artykule przedstawiono metodę zintegrowanego zarządzania rozwojem przestrzennym, w którym system transportowy pełni rolę katalizatora i elementu scalającego. Główna idea polega na udrożnieniu przepływu informacji pomiędzy, współzależnymi z punktu widzenia rozwoju przestrzennego, jednostkami samorządowymi. Prezentowany model proponuje sterowanie decyzjami inwestycyjnymi w sektorze prywatnym za pomocą ustaleń planistycznych narzucających poziom dostępności jednostek funkcjonalno-przestrzennych, inwestycji publicznych ogniskujących zainteresowanie inwestorów oraz za pomocą sprawnego transportu publicznego z elementami nietypowymi.

There is presented a method of integrated urban land development management in the article, where transport system plays a role of catalyst and element incorporating various functions. The model proposes influencing investment decisions in the private sector with the planning guides forcing the accessibility of investors, and with the efficient public transport with unique elements.
