Abstrakty
Orthopedic surgery requires good precision, which may be provided using navigation systems. Precision of navigation systems is about 0,25 mm. Furthermore application of navigation system enables CT-free surgery planning. Nevertheless there exists a possibility to plan the surgery with CT-scans. In orthopaedy navigation systems are used during hip and knee arthroplasty, osteotomy and anterior crucial ligaments reconstruction.
