Artykuł przedstawia nową metodę zmian strategicznych - odnowę strategiczną. Dotychczas w polskich przedsiębiorstwach, gdy miano przeprowadzić zmiany stosowano proces restrukturyzacji. Tymczasem na świecie są często stosowane alternatywne metody przeprowadzania zmian strategicznych, które mogą przynieść lepsze efekty niż restrukturyzacja.

This article presents a new method of strategic changes - the strategic renewal. So far in Polish firms when a strategy has been to be changed managers have usually used restructurisation. But there are alternative methods of strategic change that can be better than restructurisation.
