Artykuł jest kontynuacją rozpoczętej na łamach Infrastruktury Transportu dyskusji dotyczącej modeli finansowania infrastruktury kolejowej w Europie i prezentuje wybrane wyniki analiz prowadzonych dla przemysłu kolejowego w Polsce. W tym numerze przedstawiono doświadczenia zachodniego sąsiada Polski - Niemiec.

The article is a continuation of a debate on the models of financing the rail infrastructure in Europe. It presents the selected results of analyses carried out for the rail industry in Poland. In this issue of Infrastruktura Transportu, the German experience in the development of transport infrastructure has been described.
