The contribution is devoted to modelling interaction of the fluid with a flexible body. Modelling is based on the system decomposition into two subsystems which are weak coupled by means of the boundary conditions on the interface. For solving this problem the coupled method solution of interaction is used and for the space discretization of continuums the finite element method is applied.
