Artykuł jest zarysem problematyki schorzeń narządów ruchu uwarunkowanych ergonomicznymi czynnikami ryzyka obecnymi w sposobie wykonywania pracy. Przedstawiono w nim wyniki badań i zastosowań realizowanych w USA. W syntetyczny sposób przedstawiono zagrożenia ergonomiczne towarzyszące pracy górnika oraz ich skutki dla zdrowia - dolegliwości mięśniowo-szkieletowe. Wskazano również na wybrane aspekty interwencji ergonomicznej w pracy górnika.

In this paper authors discuss work related musculoskeletal disorders among mineworkers. Some effects of scientific investigations and practices in mining conducted by NIOSH and MHSA in USA are presented. Ergonomics risk factors that accompany mineworker occupation are described. Issue of ergonomics intervention and some practical aspect of application ergonomics criteria in evaluation cab of construction equipment is presented.
