Niniejszy artykuł powstał w oparciu o ekspertyzę techniczną estakady do transportu węgla, w KWB "Turów" S.A.

In the paper some problems and conclusions concerning movable co-operations of the technical device with the structure were presented. As an example operating belt conveyor working on the trestles was shown. The problem is important because in many cases device designers take no notice to the object characteristic on which the device will be assembled. With the unfavorable parameters association it can cause bad work of devices and even the damage. The basis of this study was our technical expertise of trestle for the brown coal transport working in Turów Brown Coal Mine. In the case of the complex technical objects which are associated with the belt conveyor and the trestle, it is very important of correct selection of the static and dynamic characteristics of both technical objects. Tesearch methodology based on the model analysis and the experiments tests for the simulation and association of the objects state and the possible load stses. The experimental methods used for real systems signal allows the technical stste diagnosis in the range of wear of the kinematics pairs and the elements with the characteristic and signal indicator received from the experiment which are compared with the calibration characteristic. The combination of the virtual simulation method with the experimental analysis gives effective tool for designer and user to evaluation object states.
