W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań weryfikacyjnych analitycznej metody wyznaczania toru ruchu pojazdu przegubowego, wykozrystywanej w modelowaniu procesu weżykowania. Przedstawiono również metodykę, wykorzystanej do wyznaczania rzeczywistego toru ruchu, wizyjne metody pomiaru toru ruchu pojazdu.

One of the main researches, which have being done for several years at Institute of Mechanical Engineering the Military University of Technology concerned with phenomenon of "snaking" is determination of improvement the stability of movement of articulated wheel vehicles in these type of vehicles, from present speed at 30 km/h about 55/60 km/h. A simulating model to phenomenon of "snaking" research must have been built to determine the stability of movement in parameters increased speed. A calculating method of marking the motion path as entrance which has been taken in this model uses the bend of frame angle Betha s and its speed v. The entrance parameters have been obtained in a way of measurements. The motion path is calcvulated due to kinematic dependences. The aim of verifing researches was to quality in the measurements of parameters in the local coordinate system (the measurement of angle Betha s on investigative machine engine) gives the possibility of creadible marking the motion path of articulated wheel vehicles. It also describes if the obtained results can be used to estimate the quality of steering. The visual measurements method, based on image analysis, was use to calculate the real motion path.
