Determination of static and dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system elements with load compansation for the needs of model simulation of forming

Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań doświadczalnych elementów układu hydraulicznego z kompensacją obciążenia dla potrzeb budowy modelu symulacyjnego. Przedstawiono metodykę badań oraz przykładowe charakterystyki statyczne i dynamiczne dla układu i poszczególnych elementów.
In commonly used - throttle control hydrostatic systems - the load changes cause temporary changes of speed of executive elements motion and errors of keepingtrajectory and esential deterioration of system efficieny therby increasing of load pressure of hydraulic pump. The systems with load compansation, called load sensing (LS) systems, do not have such disadvantages. The analysis of static characteristics of these systems shows taht these systems allow to keep to speed of executive elements motion on required level (resulting from the control elements settings) with essential loss limitation. But in these analysis the dyanmic characteristics system elements, character of load changes and existence of compressible liquid in relatively lond and deformable hoses are omitted. In references there are lack of such the model's systems and description of research methods of them. However it is possible to find the scientific works concerning the stability of load sensing (LS) systems, possibilities of increasing the speed of respnse, etc. There is also lack of scientific works concerning methodology of structure forming of these systems and also operation procedures by remote and automatic execution of control processes of working equipment position to achieve theassumed parameters. Determination of analysis and selection method of engineering machines working equipment position control system parameters taking into consideration its load character is important and essentail scientific problem. Realization of these goals may cause to improve machines' efficiency of different technological tasks execution (also on contemporary battlefield). Hence, the main focus of these research should be on forming models of load sensing. (LS) systems. It will give the base for forming the structures and procedures of control systems with load compansation - to achieve the highest control quality of engineering machines' working equipment.
