Abstrakty

EN

Several types of new metal structured catalyst carriers have been designed and manufactured. Experimental investigations of hydraulics and heat transfer have been executed for the mentioned above novel structured carriers as well as the random ceramic ones. The structured carrier numbered 7B has been found as the best of all of them. It is characterized by lower pressure drop, higher heat transfer coefficient and higher specific surface area then the ceramic random carriers used at present in industrial reactors.
