Abstrakty

EN

Existing residential buildings, despite started of acts of thermomodernization, characterise still high indication of energy - consuming, above 150 kWh/m2 rok. Several of existing residental buildings, which were build beetwen 1960-1990 in Bydgoszcz, were engaged in scientific research. Acts of thermomodernizations introduce in six variants, given to each one of them real indications of energy-consuming. The range of thermomodernization depends on several factors; conditioned on the low, stimulated by national politics, investor's knowledge and competence, his financial limitation and his ecology awarness. Thermomodernization works done so far, especially the complex ones, most of the time give very positive results. On the other hand partially done acts thermomodernization do not intendend effects. Growth of thermal energy is indication by different factors, the character and structure of which will be the subject of further studies.
