W artykule przedstawiono probabilistyczny model oceny trwałości wysokotemperaturowych elementów turbin cieplnych pracujących w ustalonych warunkach eksploatacji. Opracowany model uwzględnia m. in.: różne mechanizmy prowadzące do utraty trwałości, efektywne metody numeryczne łączące analizę procesów pełzania i zniszczenia metodami elementów i różnic skończonych z metodami analizy probabilistycznej, niepewność niektórych danych wejściowych np. stałych materiałowych, obciążenia. Model stanowi fragment ogólnej procedury oceny stanu technicznego elementów turbin.

The paper presents the problem of assessing the life of the components of heat turbines running under stable operating conditions. The criteria for the life assessment are given, based both on the analysis of the continuing degradation processes as well as on the functioning of construction nodes. A probabilistic model of the life has been worked out, including the definition of both life and reliability of the turbine components, together with the mathematical model of creep and damage processes and the numerical methods of its analysis. An effective way of linking the numerical methods of the damage process analysis to the methods of probabilistic analysis has been shown. Probability of the rotor disc damage has been analysed. The influence of different factors on the damage probability has been studied. The presented probabilistic model of creep life is a part of the procedure for the condition technical component assessment.
