The papers analyses the possibility of determining weak ties and cutsets in a elektric power system (EPS). A list of criteria is used. Singular analysis is employed to develop the criteria. An attempt to identify the main index that determines the weakness of ties. This can be: 1. the influence on tie parameters and state of matrix conditionality; 2. the tie load distance to the maximum admissible load. The efficiency of criteria for detection of weak ties is illustrated by the example of a test EPS.

W pracy przeanalizowano możliwość wykrywania ograniczeń zdolności przesyłowych w systemie elektroenergetycznym w oparciu o analizę wektorów lewo- i prawostronnych macierzy Jacobiego. Zaprononowano wskaźniki pozwalające wykryć elementy systemu elektroenergetycznego powodujące te ograniczenia. Skuteczność wskaźników detekcji zilustrowano przykładowymi badaniami systemu elektroenergetycznego.
