PL

Podjęta transformacja zmieniła relacje między państwem a prywatnymi podmiotami gospdarczymi. Stosunki te kształtują polityka, prawo i rynek. W specyficznych warunkach transformacji ekonomia nie ma gotowych rozwiązań, które pomogłyby stworzyć nowe relacje do nowych warunków. Warunki te zmienia także globalizacja.

The transformation has changed the interactions between the state and private units and companies. These relationships are formed by politics, law and market. Unfortunately, we do not posses fixed solutions to the problems appearing during the transformation. Such solutions would provide an insight into the new interactions adjusted to the present day situation. What is more, we have to take into consideration the process of globalization, which has a significant influence on the present day situation.
