Współczesne przedsiębiorstwa stają przed koniecznością ciągłej walki o klienta. W sferze logistyki marketingowej, w odpowiedzi na pojawiające się problemy, wykształciła się strategia Efektywnej Obsługi Klienta (ECR). Bazuje ona na sprawnym przepływie informacji między przedsiębiorstwem, klientem i otoczeniem. Jednym z istniejących systemów informatycznych wspomagających ten obszar jest CRM.

The aim of this article present the CRM systems, its influence on the change of the relations between the company and the customer. In order to achier this aim, the idea of logistical customer's service has been explained and the subject of the modules of these systems has been handled. We have also attempted to estimate the relation between the benefits resulting from its application and the organizational changes mostly grounded on the reorganization of these cells in the company that are directly responsible for the customer's service and distribution.
